Farinets is the maddest little apres location 6-9 ie before dinner - everyone is wasted standing on chairs and tables dancing to a live DJ - getting to the bar involves stretching through randoms legs, usually topless covered in beer - we arrived late and landed up nailing 8 bottles in 20 minutes in order to be on the Farinets level - DO NOT GO SOBER - however the entire bar is split into 2 - this mad little place and nextdoor a raah raah little pub (1 franc more for a beer) which is much more chilled and has leather sofas everywhere, large contrast to the wooden bar stools nextdoor... :)
UPDATE: 2010
returned this year, and the vibrance has not gone anywhere, the live bands are still mad, the amount of beer thrown around is still in the hundreds of litres and the fun had is still amazing!!! DO IT
