This is an amazing experience. You arrive at a "bar" , fill with randoms waiting around drinking cocktails. You are given a 4 word menu, red (meat), white(fish), green(Vegetarian) and silver(surprise), you also pick your wine and drinks here. Through a curtained door appears a waiter (100% blind waiter) and he puts your hands onto each others shoulders and then his, and you follow each other through 2 doors and 3 sets of curtains, where you are seated in PITCH black... The rest of the night is basically the same as any other restaurant, you are served bread and your drinks followed by your 2 or 3 courses. If you need to go to the bathroom you have to shout for your waiter. There are no phones allowed so there is absolutely no light in the room at all. Food and wine taste totally different because of your heightened senses and eating and pouring wine become quite slow but very entertaining. I thoughroughly recommend this place to everyone. At the end of the meal you are shown photos of what you ate (I personally had no clue). It is definately an amazing experience that I would go back and do again, as you are not shown what the room looks like their is still some strange draw to the unknown.
