<-- The view from the central Gaudi house roof... Good day, so I am basically writing this with the last of my energy, had to get up at 8 after getting home at 6... Having met some seriously chilled Spanish folk and having consumed my body weight of red wine and very random shots!!! ~~ I will finish this off once I have slept!!!!
I arrived at 9pm on Friday and we still had time to go for a propper meal full of red spanish wine, vino tinto, way to much vino and grappa, which the waiter tried to convince me that it was Spanish... lol... following that we did Razz Mataz, which is one of the biggest clubs I have been to, full of friendly people and very conmmercial house...
Following this we checked out the streets and some of the sights including Sagrada Familia and a Gaudi house... all easily accessed on pretty impressive subways.. I think as I was still drunk until about 2 when I over purchased ingredients for seriously unhealthy sandwiches...
Following this we hit the beach front and chilled with more red wine and huge amounts of ham and olives, and then onto another 6 bars including a pretty cool dutch bar called Foc and then onto numerous spanish bars which landed up with us riding a bicycle we found on the floor and having shots bought for us because we were so obviously tourists..
I beleive everyone should experience barcelona at least once in their lives, I have been to Seville, Spain before and the difference is huge. Barcelona definately makes it into my top 5 cities of the world, and I do not think it will ever move from there..
